The theme for BEIRUT UPTOWN is conceived as an iconic lifestyle destination. Sited close to the airport, a twenty-minute drive away from Beirut, the masterplan creates a pedestrian-oriented residential community with family en¬tertainment, shopping, and restaurants. The 233,000 square meter project sits on top of a hillside. This project follows the incline with a series of stepped apartment complexes, which offer their residents a spec¬tacular view of the surrounding area. Crowning the top of the development is a spectacular park with a family enter¬tainment center that includes a 5-screen Cineplex, sports facilities, a hypermarket, a boutique mall with specialty stores, and a variety of in and outdoor attractions.
